I recently experienced water damage due to a slow dripping faucet behind my refrigerator.   The damage encapsulated half of the  cork flooring in the entry hall and leaked under the rug in the entry hall.  This apparently had been going on for a number of weeks, as the drops were small, but continual, and finally came to a head with the water showing in the seams of the flooring.

After calling my insurance company to report the damage, PEMCO suggested I contact their appraiser, who had SERVPRO on the job the next day.  Mike Bruno arrived at time scheduled,  removed the damaged areas.....of wall, rug pad and cork flooring. Since black mold had taken root he cleaned the areas well, was efficient and professional and answered questions I had re: black mold!

Mike was professional, efficient and always answered my questions, on matter how insignificant they may have been to him.  When finished, he would clean the area well, and leave it in pristine shape.  I strongly recommend SERVPRO

I have used SERVPRO of Gig Harbor/N.Tacoma two times for my rental properties. The first was for a water damage in October 2016. The staff was prompt, professional and courteous. They performed an awesome job and I would not hesitate to contact them again.

The mitigation crew cleaned up the damage and sectioned off any area of potential harm. They were quick but very attentive and patient. They took the time to explain exactly what they there doing and WHY and what came next. Once that process was complete, they smoothly transitioned me into the repair portion of the job. From beginning to end the General Contractor, Dave McCormick, kept me well informed along the way and was able to do so without overwhelming me with needless details about the project. He was amazing at handling all the behind the scenes work that obviously goes into repairing a home requiring weeks of restoration without me feeling pressure or concern. I always felt like whatever was happening Dave had it covered. I’ve worked with a number of managers in my career and Dave simply excels at multi-tasking and flawless execution. His management style was also evident in the crew he dispatched as they were repeatedly kind, considerate and efficient. Many a times they went above and beyond.
